We all have different patterns of preparation. While a methodology might work better for me it wouldn't necessarily work well for you. Nonetheless, here are a few things you can consider-

1) Study for your boards during your week days since your only need to focus on the theory part.

2) For NEET-UG examination, utilize your weekends to the fullest. That includes practicing as many questions as you can.

Listen it will be really difficult for you to follow everything that someone tells you.
So just try to fit in your time table and study as hard as you can .
Number of hours you sit on the study desk doesn't matter it's the number of quality hours you put in .
So just study hard .
You will surely succeed.

Hello Aria

Dear.. don't worry and stress yourself. Rather calm down and focus on your studies. To achieve something you have to loose something. What I mean is you need to spoil your sleep a little bit.. in order to coordinate with your boards as well as the NEET preparations. Try to wake up at 5 am early morning and study that time. Because the early morning studies stay in mind.. fresh+ for a longer period of time. This will help you in remembering the tough things + clearing the heavy concepts well.
Do physics and chemistry alternatively in the early morning hours. Keep biology for the noon hours and the late evening hours. Because after classes when you're tired.. it's not possible to study Physics or chemistry.. and so the easy stuff you can read and study is biology. Carry biology NCERT with you all the time. Whenever you get time anywhere outside.. even your break hours.. or anywhere you feel like your time is getting wasted.. then that time you study biology. Make keyword notes.. of mini reactions.. mechanisms.. cycles.. classifications and revise regularly when you want to take a break or tired. Biology always refreshes as it is the learning-understanding subject+ the most scoring one.

For physics.. you prepare a formulae chart and refer as many times possible.. + MCQs solving should be done. You make a list of the important chapters with high weight age and plan the chapters accordingly with the McQ solving on the same day itself.

For Chemistry- make notes for organic chemistry part and revise one night before so that early morning you can just go through the rules fast and then sit for solving mcqs. Same for the Physical chemistry part. Make the formulae chart and revise.. early morning learn and then practice mcqs.

Try to stick to your schedule.. in a such a way.. that even a second of yours should not get wasted.
And yes don't get stressed.. you need to devote yourself completely to studies these 4-5 months till NEET. So put all your efforts and give your Bestttt !!!

Hope this helps.!
All the Bestt.!!!

On Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday you study Physics and Chemistry alternatively according to your chapters list. Whereas on Monday - Wednesday- Friday > you study biology and chemistry. Make sure you solve MCQs of the topics on the same day of studying so that you'll come to know the question-level-pattern + the applications of the formulae.. related logic to be applied when and where.. ! Hope you're getting my point.!

So prepare well and study smart.!
Good Luck.!!
