Tum chaho toh NEET 2021 me bhi de Sakte ho.  Par aapke age ke Hisaab se aap eligible nai ho. Issliye 2023 me he dena padega aapko. Eligibil criteria change to nahi hoga Magar har baar eligibility criteria check karna chahiye. Abhi ke liye eligibility for NEET is,

• Must pass 12th with PCB and English as core subject
• Must have atleast 50%
• No age limit
• no attempt restrictions

This is because,

To be eligible for Neet 2023 examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2023.

And with your date of birth on 26th june 2006 you will be 17 years old on 26th june 2023 i. e you will be 17 years old before 31st December 2023 and thus eligible for Neet 2023 examination with your date of birth.

Also,

To be eligible for neet you must have pass your 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.
