It is important to have income certificate with you, you wont beromantic eligible for any financial assistances without an income certificate. You can get it from your village office/ authority . Youshould enter your rd number in pgcet form.

Thank you! But as I referred others they told me if u belong to general merit category it's ok even if you don't have income and caste certificate.
