Hello,
There's nothing called special ojee.Jee mains is the exam that us conducted by NTA and if you will qualify jee mains then you will be able to appear in jee advance.

ofcourse it is.All the cbse candidates can appear in the exam who have secure 75% and above marks in boards with pcm as compulsory subject.
