See best Govt. colleges in any state are its IIT and NIT's so there can be three option either you are home state student to UP or other sate to UP and finally you opt for any other govt colleges

now that decision also depend whether you want a particular branch or any mere core brach will work though

now if you are home state and any branch student than you can easily get into the NIT at Allahabad 

but if you deem for branch such as CSe it would be difficut for you.

now if you are other state and any branch student than you might or may not get into the NIT at Allahabad and branch such as CSe would be rather too far off.

now in case you opt for other IIIT or GFTI the option with you is
