Among them the 7 IITs in the beginning are ranked by NIRF in the year 2019 same as the sequence given.

IIITs are Indian institutes of information technology.They are mainly focused on Information Technology.Top institutes according to rankings are IIITDM,Jabalpur,IIIT Gwalior,IIIT Allahabad,IIITDM kanchipuram,IIIT pune,IIIT Guwahati,IIIT kota,etc.They are overall good national level institutes but some of the new iiits are not so good.
