Educational Background:

Passed 10th/Matric with 45 percent overall and 33 percent in each subject. For Boards using the D Grade (33 percent - 40 percent ) grading system in indl subjects or comparable grade that comprises 33 percent and overall aggregate of C2 grade or equivalent grade that corresponds to 45 percent in aggregate

Physical Requirements: Minimum Physical Requirements:

152 cms in height

According to Army medical regulations, weight should be proportional to height and age.

Test of Physical Fitness ( At Rally Site )

• 1.6-kilometer run

(i)Group -I - Up to 7 minutes and 30 seconds

(ii)Group –II - up to 8 minutes

Long Jump 1-0 Feet - Requires qualification

3 Feet High Jump - Must Qualify

Soldier GD of the Indian Army 17 .5to 21 years old (in years)

There will be rallies in six different places. Each rally site caters to candidates from a certain group of states based on their proximity to the event venue. For each rally site, a separate merit and reserve list will be created.
