CGPA stands for Cumulative Grade Point Average. In Education system it has started way earlier to assess your Marks. See there are no different ways of Calculation of GPA for PSU's. They follow the same rule of converting CGPA to PERCENTAGE. There is a simple rule or formula whatever you say to calculate your Percentage Marks from CGPA. What you have to do is that you need to multiply your CGPA with 9.5 Then you will get your actual percentage of marks.
So as you have mentioned that you got 7.28 CGPA. That means your actual percentage is (7.28*9.5=)69.16
