• NEET 2019 Admit Card
• NEET Score Card or Rankletter
• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
• ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
• Eight passport size photographs
• Provisional Allotment Letter
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile Certificate

Considering you are asking about the certificates needed at the time of counselling , then carrying domicile certificate is necessary if you are applying through state quota ,twelfth passing certificate if  you are a gap year student ,category certificate if you belong to any reserved category . No certificates of your parents are required at the time of counselling. 

And the important documents required st the time of counselling are:

Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG  exam provided by CBSE.
Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
Class 10thCertificate (for date of birth)
Class 10+2 Certificate
Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
Proof of identity.
