please tell me one thing if dob is 2002 then are we eligible for the jee of 2019 if not then what should i do

Students who are born on or after October 1, 1992 are eligible to apply. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD), should have been born on or after October 1, 1987. Candidates of these categories have been given a relaxation of 5 years. Note: Date of birth will be considered as per the Secondary Education Board/University certificate.
