Look college available seats only knows the college authority. They didn't published it in public. If you want to take admission just contact direct college authority. Because any college doesn't revel their vacancy. Because some times any students get admission in any college but she or he didn't join the college leave the seat. Then one vacancy will available. So college also don't know some time when seat available or not after full seat vacancy over this thing happens. So you can talk to the directly college authority if any seat available then you can get admission there.
