A score of 365 out of 500 which is 73%  is good , but the top 20 percentile usually falls closer to 80–85% in many UP state board years. So you might not meet the top-20 eligibility cutoff. However, for NIT/IIT admission, what matters more is your JEE Main rank, not just board percentage. As long as your board marks meet the 75% minimum eligibility, a strong JEE score can still help you secure admission in decent engineering colleges.
