Hello I wish you had told me your category and home state. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is a course that one can pursue after completing Class 12 with science subjects. BAMS is based on the traditional art of healing in India; popularly known as Ayurveda. The cutoff for BAMS is usually around 350+ for UR category but since this year the paper was reported as easy the cutoff may be around 370. In any case you have good chances of getting admission in GMC nagpur or any college for BAMS. When the mop up round list for MBBS and BDS course was posted,the other health science courses like BAMS, BHMS,B.PT,etc were also included . The counselling for BAMS usually start after the counselling for MBBS and BDS are over. In any case I will suggest you to apply for counselling. All the best

With a score of 480 in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical college, Nagpur when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 522 was required to fetch one a seat in the College in obc category under state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you have chances of getting a seat in GMC, Jalgeon and GMC Latur.
