Both Punjabi University and Chitkara University are average engineering colleges of India. But in terms of exposure and opportunities Chitkara University will be good to join than Punjabi University. The placement percentage of Chitkara is pretty good. The recruiting companies offer around 4 lpa as an average package and the highest offer till now is 31 lacs while the average salary offered in Punjabi University is almost 2.5 lpa. Moreover Chitkara has been ranked at 50th position among universities. So Chitkara would be better join in terms of exposure, opportunities and placement.
