According to the latest information after MHRD, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has also approved a regulation to conduct a single entrance examination from 2018 for admissions to all engineering colleges in India. So, there are chances that there will be only one entrance exam to take admission in state and private level exam except IITs.

@Aisha No, all the colleges takes admission through entrance exam.

You can appear in JEE Main, VIT, SRM, BITSAT, Manipal and Amrita for admission into engineering colleges.

You should appear for JEE Main, VIT, SRM and Manipal college to have good options in your hand.
If by chance you don't perform good in one exam you have option for other.
