The rank corresponding to your JEE score would be somewhere around 80000. But since category is ST so there are chances to get NIT. You can get some low rank NITs.

NIT Agartala: for st: or- 199 and cr-27803.

NIT Arunachal Pradesh: for st: or-1767 and cr- 14900.

NIT Manipur: for st: or-1628 and cr-14800.

NIT Mizoram: for st: or-1803and cr-17631.

NIT Meghalaya: for st or-990 and cr- 8429.

or- opening rank and cr- closing rank.

The above are the previous years cutoff for NITs.

Your home state quota can also play role if your state has some low rank NIT.
