Since I couldn't find the exact answer to your query I would like to share the little bit of information I could obtain. The topper of NEET 2018 from Tamil Nadu is Keerthana K with an AIR 12 and score of 676/720. She also secured AIR 32 in AIIMS and AIR 5 in JIPMER.
