In neet exam all the chapters are very important. And also note that you have to prepare a national level exam without distinguishing between chapters and their importance. Every chapter in a national level exam is important.
And if you are asking about physics then physics is all about concepts and numericals. But still here are some of these important chapters for physics which ahve high weightage and many numericals can be asked from these :-
