1.subject knowledge i.e engineering subjects
2.Knowlege about organisation
3. your HR and dress UP)
How to prepare for interviews
- Spend few days atleast a week if its your first interview and try to look for all aspects of your pesonality where it can be imporved.
- Don't think that they will not test your technical knowledge. Consider the fact that knowledge is a part of personality.
- Know about the company very well, its CMD, plant location, products, Turnover, why it was recently in news. everything that is expected.
- why do want to join that PSU
- why you have opted for this department (you can apply to only one ).
