Please visit the below link for detailed information about fees at IIT Madras. Tution fees at all IITs is about Rs. 1,00,000 for general category with family income above Rs. 5 lakhs. Other fess like hostel, mess, etc. depend from institute to institute.

Fee details means details about fee structure and fee reimbursement
The fee structure will be different for different institute.
Even for NITs and IITs every institute will have their own fee structure which will be available on respective institute websites.
And next is fee reimbursement
For SC and ST and Pwd candidates there will be no tution fee.
For general and OBC candidates fee reimbursement or remission will depend on their family income
i.e., if the family income is less than one lakh the tution fee will be excluded.
And if the income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakhs 2/3rd of tution fee will be excluded.

Fees of IIT : 117500 per semester in IIT Delhi .
Fees of NIT : 62500 per semester tuition fee in IIT Delhi
It is verry to each IIT and nit ..
