The Polytechnic form online dates vary form state to state as the form filling process is for state level entrance exams . Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic ( JEECUP ) forms were filled from 15th January to 30th April , 2025 and Delhi Polytechnic forms were filled from 26th May to 22 June ,2025.

SO you have to specify which state's Polytechnic form you are asking for so that i can provide you with accurate information about last date of filling the form or you have to visit the official website of the state in which you want to take admission and check the last date information
