If you take PCM,you can do any degree for writing UPSC CSE !!

Eligibility is degree in any discipline from any recognised college.

You are planning from graduation itself make sure that your graduation and optional subject are same so that you can prepare that subject thoroughly by the time you complete your graduation.

Hi,

No issue if you have selected PCM, after 12th you can do any Bechlor's degree (BSc will be good for you as a PCM student) from recognised university or college.
