As per the eligibility NEET 2018 all the students like Upper age limit NIOS/ Private students & others can apply for NEET Entrance Exam. You can check the further eligibility with the given below link.

You can also apply for AIIMS 2019, There is no such kind of restriction to apply for it also.

Its really true but on other website they strictly tell that private candidates are not eligible for neet 2019...??

I would suggest you to refer only the official webiste, There is no any such kind of notification out for NEET 2019 now, How the other websites are providing the information about 2019.
Can a nios student give for aiims and jipmer exams in 2019.please do reply for this query with correct information
