Dear aspirant
If you had read counseling scheme then you might have idea of that so before participating read all the process clearfully it's for your own good.
The process is called free exit. If a college have been allotted to you in round one and you want free exit then simply don't report to the college And that will be considered as a free exit. And if you do not further wish to continue with further rounds, you simply do not have to participate in Round 2 and mop up rounds. You will not be penalized for that and you will be successfully free exit. But be careful don't participate in 2nd or mop round after not reporting to the allotted college in round first then only you will be considered as free exit. Your security deposit will be refunded after all the rounds of counselling are done.

Hi Rashidnoor Shaikh,
If by any chance you do not report at college for the seat that has been allocated to you during the first round, it will be considered as free exit. There is no particular procedure as such. If you wish not to join the college that you have got a seat in, you can simply not report to the college and that will be considered as free exit. Remember, that this option is only available in the first round of NEET counselling and not in any other rounds. However, you can participate in the subsequent rounds too and the security fees paid during first round will not be forfeited.
