There are three types of courses in Radiology

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Duration-3 Years)
  • Diploma (Duration-1-2 Years)
  • Certificate (Duration 3 months- 1 Year)

Qualified radiographers are in huge demand in India as well as abroad. Healthcare sector is growing at a healthy rate, globally. This growth has increased the demand for allied healthcare professionals. Radiographers too are allied healthcare professionals.

Starting salary could vary, depending upon one’s qualification. Professionals who have completed PG course tend to get paid higher. Degree holders are generally paid more than Diploma and certificate holders.

Good Luck!!
