Hello,
NEET UG is an entrance exam for entrance in undergraduate medical courses such as MBBS, BDS etc. And NEET PG is for admission in postgraduation in medical course such as MD/MDS. So you need to select NEET UG as will pass 12th standard in 2020. You are only allowed to choose UG as PG requires bachelor's degree in medical course.
