regarding eligibility criteria i dont have my degree certificates i have backlogs can i apply for gate

Dear Jeevan

No you can't be able to apply for the GATE since you don't have the degree certificates. And before applying for the GATE first try to clear all your backlogs.

But here can we apply with course completion certificate

If you have done the B.E / B.TECH course then you are eligible for applying it.
