If you are not resided in the state of West Bengal but your parent/s are permanent residents of the state West bengal then you need to fill- Proforma b

Thanks for the question.

If you passed your 10th and 12th both from andhra pradesh then you can challenge for government seats there also.

Otherwise for residential proof, you have to show your birth certificate and residential proof along with proforma b to be eligible for 85% seats
