Dear Sir/ Ma'm, since the EWS category has been implemented from this current year so nothing can be certainly said about how it will come to function and what exactly you have to do in order to gain its facilities unless the result is out. The tentative date for the release of result for the NEET UG 2019 is 5th of June, 2019.
