Dear Priyanka,

you have fewer chances to get into a government college but you may get into a private college with your 63756th rank in NEET because there are only a total of 66620 MBBS seats across India.

But firstly you should have a proper view of the Web counseling process. Medical Counseling Committee(MCC) will be conducting the counseling of NEET UG 2109 for admission to 15% All India Quota(AIQ) seats will be required to download NEET rank letter 2019. In order to participate for counseling, candidates need to register themselves online and fill their preferences of colleges as well as courses. Based on these choices filled, NEET AIR and seats available, aspirants will be allotted seats. If the marks range is from 130-209, there are 75 seats for SC PH category. If the marks range is from 468-352, there are 2815 seats for SC category. There has been a significant drop in the cutoffs of NEET 2019 i.e. it has dropped by 12 marks for open category and 11 marks for reserved category.

  • The seats that are left vacant after the first round of NEET 019 counseling will be included in the second round.
  • Earlier, MCC released the final result of NEET All India Quota counseling and for Deemed and Central Universities on June 23, 2019.
  • The result was released in the form of seat allotment list and seat allotment letter.
  • The result of the first round NEET 2019 counseling will be published in online mode on a PDF format.

Latest updates are:

  • NEET Merit list will now be used to allot seats in veterinary colleges for undergraduate courses like BVSc. and Animal Husbandry under 15% All India Quota.
  • NEET Result will be applicable for admissions to all medical colleges of India except for AIIMS and JIPMER, which conduct their own medical entrance exams.
  • As per the latest notification, candidates applying for an undergraduate (UG) courses in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH) will be required to appear for the NEET. The Ministry of AYUSH will implement this from the 2019-20 academic session.
