Mam i have heard that hrm is specially for girls . I mean the selection of boys  in hrm are very less is it true.

Dear Sourav, it is not true, rather a misconception only. In today's time, the role of HR is pursued by both male and female. All that matters is that you are able to gather the skills required to execute the job role successfully.
