I think you are talking about NCHMCT JEE 2020. If you are an appearing candidate then ofcourse you are eligible to give the exam next year.

Yes you can give most of the entrance exams in appearance of intermediate . You haven't mentioned which exam you are talking about. But assuming it to be neet or JEE mains like most of the cases you can surely give it this year. I had also given in appearing and believe me in this attempt of alongside intermediate you will be having very good chance of qualifying it.
