Hello Sourabh, Greetings!
According to sources, the best IIT in India is 'IIT Madras'. You need good percentile in both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. To get admission in IIT Madras, your AIR in JEE Advanced should be between 1-500 (for general category). Also, If you are interested in recent engineering branches like Biological Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, than your AIR should be between 1-1000. If you are from general category and your AIR is above 1000, then it can be difficult to get into IIT Madras.
All the best for your future.
Feel free to ask any more queries that trouble you.
