same year improvement and same year jee mains qualified college given will be given or not and when improvement marksheet come required by nta

It is not possible for you to take part in admission process if you do not have the marksheet of improvement exam. You can try for JEE 2021 if you don't get the marksheet of improvement exam well before the admission.
Actually the trend says you can not go for admission in the same year of improvement exam.
