As you have cleared the cutoff for jee mains for sc category, then it is not enough for you to get any seat in good government college like nits or iiits.

This is not like the past times where sc candidates can easily get seat by passing the cutoff. The time has Changed as well as the competitions.
Nowadays there is a very high competition between sc candidates.
And if you want a seat in nits from sc category then with 56 percentile you cannot get it. Because for getting a sure seat in any nits or any good government college by josaa counselling you must have to secure under 6000 sc category rank, that means, your score must be around 96 percentile or above in jee mains.

Overall in simple words, with this much sc rank you cannot get any goverment college in jossa all rounds counseling

Better at some other private institutions like kalinga institute of industrial technology or cv raman global university.
