DTU offers scholarship for sc/St/ OBC category students during the semester. So you have to first take admission in the college and submit the first year fees after getting admission it will release a fee concession scholarship. You can also apply for scholarship program available at edistrict delhi website given by the Delhi government. There is one more scholarship given by the government which will be  available at national scholarship portal (NSP) where you can apply for scholarship. All of these scholarships are given to a student who takes admission in a government engineering College like DTU. So you don't have to worry about scholarship. They also provide scholarship on the merit basis in the 1st and 2nd semester. So you just have to study hard and you will get financial help from the government.
