Write a formal application letter to the school principal requesting the correction of the birth date on the TC.  Attach supporting documents that prove the correct birth date, such as:

Birth certificate issued by the hospital or municipal authority. Aadhar card or any other official ID showing the correct birth date.

Submit the application and documents to the school office or the concerned authority.

Follow up politely with the school administration to ensure they process your request. school will verify the documents and issue a corrected Transfer Certificate. Collect the corrected TC from the school once it’s ready.
