There are 50-50 chances of getting seat in govt Colleges.
As this year competitions have been increased a lot when compared to last year.
.
I would suggest to wait for the merit list or rank list, which clears your point automatically.
.
Coming to Colleges as i said you there are chances,but you should wait till the Last counseling to get a seat...
.
If you are in fear that, in case you will not get a seat, prefer even private colleges, for your self confidence.

Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota (only 10% chances) but you do have chance of getting admission in government medical college under state quota but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.
