The cutoff for general category is 119. For reserved category, it is 96. Since, you have scored lesser, so you won't be able to get any medical seat.

Your score is too low to bag a seat in any medical college this year. You have not qualified the NEET which is a standard requirement before going any further.

Sorry. 86 marks in NEET is below the cutoff range. You need to clear the cutoff in order to qualify to apply for medical courses.
