Scored 120/200 in MUOET 2017. Help me get the best branch for me and also suggest whether i should join Manipal jaipur or its main campus.

Difficult to get core branches in Main campus, you can go for Jaipur campus or other branches in Main campus but you should try for Main campus also.
or you can apply for JAYPEE, Noida, Thapar, Shiv Nadar, LNMIIT, PEC Chandigarh etc. through JEE Main.
