When you sign a self declaration form, you are stating that you are not eligible for appearing for Counselling in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and hence you are not eligible to see admission in MBBS, BDS, Aush courses of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. You are also mentioning that you do not hold the domicile of both Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. It also states that you hold this information true to the best of your knowledge and understanding. And if found incorrect at any time, your admission or candidature can be cancelled and a legal action be initiated against you. And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ . And because you have 2 more months to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity. There should be a systematic approach in preparing for NEET and our Knockout package can help you with that. Hello,

In order to opt for seat in the 15% All India Quota for admission through NEET for institutes such as AIIMS and JIPMER, students of the newly form UTs J&K and Ladakh must fill the self declaration form which would be genrated online and printed automatically for confirmation. The option to fill the form is mandatory for th students of Ladakh.

Hope it helps
