Yes, if you are satisfied by the seat and the college then you can pay the seat acceptance fees. The fee is 15000/- for SC,ST and other backward classes and 35000/- for general category.
And the fees will be submitted only by online methods of banking or debit or credit card or through e-challan from state bank of india only. The fee will be adjusted at time of college admission.

If you want admission in the college, you should pay the seat acceptance fees. Make sure to pay to the official people/website only. If you are being told to pay to get a seat then don't pay. If it is the official seat acceptance and not management/donation seat then go for it.
