YES, you can fill the form of entrance exam before 12th boards.

During filling the application, form most of the time there is am option of 12th appearing ,you can select. You can submit your marks after getting marks.

But It also depends upon entrance exam , that they allow you or not.

Though your question is not cleared to me  properly, but yes ..in some of the Entrance test  exams , you can apply before appearing in  12th board exam (Like JEE, NEET) .

But , be sure that you need show your educational documents at the time of verification .

See the entrances such as JEE MAINS/NEET are usually conducted before the 12th examination. Apart from this other examinations for law & professional studies releases application dates approximately before the boards examinations. So if you are appearing for the 12th boards this year, then you can appear for the entrances before boards also and you will be treated as 10+2 appearing student.
