The answer to that will be NO, at 58 percentile you don't stand any chance of getting CSE in NSUT/DTU/IGDTUW/III-D, as all of those colleges are really the premium colleges of India, and at 58 percentile getting CSE in these colleges is not difficult but impossible, it might sound harsh but that is the truth, at that percentile you don't stand a chance to get into these institutions.
