See there is no as such benefit of haryana domicile while applying for IPU.

It will give you as benefit as any other student from AIQ willing to take admission in IPU.


Details of it are following:
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi has released the seat matrix and reservation for IPU MBBS Admission of the current academic session. SC/ST/OBC and other category candidates will be offered reservation. As per the latest information, Babasaheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital has been added in IPU MBBS Admission 2017. The institute offers 100 MBBS Seats. The candidates must note that if they are claiming reservation under any specific category, producing the relevant certificate will be mandatory. In case, the candidates is unable the show the required document, reservation will not be offered. The candidates must note that IPU MBBS Admission will be based on NEET 2018 Score.

You can apply for IPU examinations but it has very few seats for applicants having domicile outside Delhi.

Also, the colleges are extremely good.
