It is up to your decision to decide whether to give JEE mains 3rd attempt or not.
See, Tier 3 engineering colleges is not bad decision at all, neither good. This is because there are not much placements opportunities in tier 3 engineering colleges and not getting a wish for admission in these type of colleges is obvious. But, you must be dedicated enough and must do hard work to believe in Off-Campus placements in these tier 3 colleges. Just because the placements records are bad in tier 3 colleges, doesn't make them completely bad. YOu must focus on your own hard skills and soft skills to make yourself better and must perform better by honing at some perfect skills. Colleges won't get you anywhere, whether it's a tier 1 college or tier 3 college. it is you who will take yourself very far towards your dream. Keep pushing hard and keep trying for Off-campus as well.

You can still achieve Success even after studying from tier 3 colleges. But you need persistence . By success what I understand is a good paying job. It doesn't always matter whether you are from tier 1 or tier 3 college as long as you know your stuffs.
Secondly, you are stil eligible for JEE mains 3rd attempt, so if you want, you can definitely give JEE mains for 3rd time and could perform even more better from the start.
