See what you are trying to decide is going to be very tough for you but you have to make the right decision. If you talk about college then what I think is nit ap is noway near nit Warangal. So obviously not Warangal will be good. But the subject CSE and civil , two different topics . No match. If you are interested in CSE very much then you can go for it. But i would suggest you to go for nit Warangal civil as you will get more opportunities and better environment.
