See, if you want to ATLEAST RETAIN the seat alloted in first round then you have to UNFREEZE and pay the seat acceptance fee and report to ARC. Remember, you haven't freezed the choice alloted but you have just tried to retain the seat for further rounds so that this seat is at least there for you as a backup.

Suppose if you don't want to retain this seat and want to participate in further rounds, just UNFREEZE the choice and DON'T REPORT to ARC.
