There is only one paper of jee advanced and to sit in this entrance first you will have to qualify Jee main as this is the basic criteria to be eligible for Jee advanced.
Also, in case you are asking for B.Arch then first you will have to clear jee mains then jee advanced then only you will be eligible for AAT (IIT Roorkee & Kharagpur).
