I hope you are doing well, If you are talking between Just CS and Msc Mathematics then both these courses are completely different. No similarities between them except only that part of Maths is taught in CS which are essential for coding. But if you are talkin about Msc Maths and Mathematics and computing then,

The difference between masters in mathematics and masters in mathematics & computing is that the you get to learn how a computer works from the Mathematics point of view.

When you are doing masters on Mathematics you are gonna learn, fundamental and analytical parts of mathematics and mostly about pure mathematics such as Real analysis, Higher Algebra, Topology, geometry, etc but when you do masters on Mathematics and Computing you are gonna study only the mathematical portions which have direct or partial relations with Computer like Discrete mathematics, Game theory, Algorithms, Languages, etc. which will help you to write a code and be programmer.
